The staff, notably Maurizio and his team, offered a warm welcome that made my stay more pleasant, catering to requests with ease. While the rooms were simple, they were impeccably clean, featuring crisp sheets and towels. The presence of a mini-bar and flat-screen TV provided added comfort, though one could argue that such amenities are standard in luxury accommodations. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in public areas, which is beneficial for travelers intending to stay connected.
